ORDER PROCESSING

As our case is made to order, please allow an average of 1-2 days for processing. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email confirmation and tracking details. When your order is out for delivery, you'll get another email with real-time tracking details to keep you updated every step of the way.

​​SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping is charged at $3.99 AUD Flat Rate

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mokomo is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Screen Protectors are non-refundable. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@mokomo.co and provide your order number and name.

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping cost is to be covered by the customer.
